A redditor nicknamed puglife123 recently posted a picture of a woman reading a book called “The pup and the biscuit” to a shelter dog — an old lady pit bull named Jade.
The image was taken at the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society where puglife123 volunteers her time walking the dogs. Obviously the animals cannot understand what she is reading, but sometimes hearing a calm soothing voice with comfort the animals. It’s important to remember to be kind to all animals.
