Japanese Company Pays Their Employees More Money If They Simply Rescue Cats
The firm believes high productivity and minimal stress lies in one thing: cats, and their office is filled with them!
People are encouraged to bring their rescue cats to work with them to make the office environment more relaxed.
Ferray will pay the employees a bonus for every rescue cat they adopt! It is a small incentive to not only help them stay relaxed, but also help keep the number of stray cats to a minimum.
Tokyo, known for its high demand on its employees, has workers don’t have the time to own a pet since they are rarely home. The Ferray Company is trying to change that and let their employees have a pet without having to leave it at home!
There are currently 9 office cats.

Employees have a higher level of happiness and having the cats around makes for a less stressful environment.
