The wolf you’re about to meet, at first, looks like he has major potential to be a fierce and ferocious creature. But as you’ll quickly see, Kekoa absolutely adores humans — especially one woman in particular named Danielle. You see, Kekoa is a happy and beloved resident at the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center. There, he spends his days frolicking through the beautiful, snowy wilderness and cuddling up with his human family.
When it comes to interacting with the wolves, Danielle is incredibly experienced. She and Kekoa are a prime example of how harmonious the relationship can be between man and beast. When Kekoa and Danielle sit down on the snow next to one another, it’s an absolutely magical and even surreal sight — the sheer size of Kekoa compared to Danielle is staggering. “Danielle, you’re an average-sized person,” the woman behind the camera says, in disbelief.
And just when you think you’ve seen it all, another wolf named Sakura comes along to join in on the snuggle fest. This is so amazing!
