Mini donkeys are herd animals and need to be surrounded by their own kind. Anyone interested in adopting them, have to rescue more than one. If they cannot take another donkey, it is recommended that they are kept with another animal instead so that they can bond and form a friendship.
They like to socialize, so being without another animal makes it easy for them to become depressed. Miniature donkeys come in a wide range of colors and sizes.
The Triple R Horse Rescue Ranch encourages people to fill out applications, and twenty lucky people will be chosen to take these adorable animals home, in exchange for the $400 adoption fee.
